Description

  • Execute outbound and direct audience acquisition campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and related channels.
  • Activate partner and corporate campaigns by coordinating outreach motions with sales and partner teams.
  • Coordinate campaign handoffs, timelines, and readiness with sales teams.
  • Support partner co-marketing and partner-led motions with clear activation plans.
  • Manage campaign execution logistics, including lists, sequencing, messaging alignment, and follow-up motions.
  • Operationalize offers, promotions, and incentives tied to campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to Growth Marketing on what is resonating and what needs optimization.
  • Work closely with the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Field & Partner Marketing, Account Executives, and partners to drive engagement and pipeline velocity.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, SDR/BDR, or campaign execution roles.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound channels, including email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms from a user and execution perspective.
  • Experience supporting or working with sales and/or partner teams.
  • Strong project coordination and execution skills.
  • B2B technology or services experience preferred.
  • Must be based in the United States.
