Description

  • Drive revenue and market share within a defined territory.
  • Develop new business and expand the existing client portfolio while building a personal client base.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and daily activity goals.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account and territory plan.
  • Create and communicate value propositions for Advizex products and services.
  • Qualify sales opportunities, schedule appointments, and move prospects through the sales process.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accelerate customer adoption.
  • Manage contract negotiations and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to support campaigns and expand reach.
  • Participate in ongoing sales, business, and technical training and drive attendance at customer events, seminars, and briefings.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of relevant experience with an OEM or in the channel, ideally in the New England Public Sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high-energy, self-starter attitude.
  • Analytical and creative thinking with a desire to learn more.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing contract discussions.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills across multiple stakeholders.
  • Must be self-directed, disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work with autonomy and accountability.
  • Ability to collaborate and work under pressure in a fast-paced organization.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
  • In-depth experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer questions and overcome objections.
