Description

  • Own the B2C member journey end to end across multiple touchpoints.
  • Plan, write, build, and execute campaigns that drive engagement, activation, and product adoption.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in the member journey and develop lifecycle and CRM campaigns to improve outcomes.
  • Monitor campaign and engagement performance and use data and insight to optimise results.
  • Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Test new channels, messaging, and growth opportunities using a data-led, test-and-learn approach.
  • Create member-facing content for email, intranet, posters, and digital communications.
  • Act as the internal expert on member engagement, messaging quality, and customer communications.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of CRM journeys, marketing processes, and engagement frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Commercial teams to improve the member experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2C marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing with ownership of campaigns end to end.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create clear, compelling consumer messaging.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms for campaigns, journeys, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insight into action.
  • A proactive, high-agency mindset with confidence to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
  • High attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality customer experiences and communications.
  • Energy, curiosity, and a willingness to test, improve, and continuously optimise performance.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, employee benefits, payroll, or SaaS environments is preferred.
  • Exposure to public sector audiences, including NHS or local government organisations, is preferred.
  • Experience in a scaling or high-growth business environment is preferred.
  • Experience across broader marketing channels beyond CRM and email is preferred.
