Description

  • Own the company’s positioning and messaging across the website, sales materials, and customer stories.
  • Equip the sales team with pitch materials, demo narratives, messaging frameworks, and competitive battlecards.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to support pipeline generation and funnel visibility.
  • Lead product marketing for launches, customer communications, enablement materials, and adoption campaigns.
  • Drive demand generation through multi-channel campaigns across email, SEO/AEO, organic social, and virtual events.
  • Build a library of case studies, customer stories, demos, and visual assets that demonstrate the product’s value.
  • Strengthen brand voice and thought leadership, including a more personality-led presence on LinkedIn.
  • Own marketing measurement, including dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Use HubSpot and the marketing stack to run campaigns, segment audiences, and monitor results.
  • Manage the marketing budget, agency and contractor relationships, and executive communications as needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or technology.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling ability, including the ability to build decks and craft compelling narratives independently.
  • Strong product marketing instincts with hands-on experience in demand generation and sales enablement.
  • Fluency in marketing funnels and metrics, with comfort being measured on lead quality and pipeline.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions and communicate results.
  • Credibility with senior stakeholders and the ability to influence leaders across the business, especially Sales.
  • A builder’s mindset with autonomy, accountability, and the ability to see initiatives through.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Experience operating in lean, resource-constrained environments and managing agencies, contractors, and external partners.
  • Comfort with HubSpot and modern, AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise and/or healthcare buyers, or a background in L&D, HR-tech, or EdTech, is a plus.
