Description

  • Lead end-to-end migration planning, including discovery, architecture, cutover, and post-migration validation.
  • Assess the current on-prem ServiceNow instance, including version, customizations, integrations, and data volume.
  • Design the migration approach, such as clone-based lift, upgrade alignment, or phased rollout.
  • Manage ServiceNow cloning, MID Server reconfiguration, and GCP connectivity.
  • Audit and remediate custom scripts, flows, and integrations before migration.
  • Coordinate with client infrastructure and security teams on network, SSO, and firewall changes.
  • Support UAT, regression testing, and hypercare after go-live.
  • Produce migration runbooks, risk registers, and cutover plans.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, with at least one completed cloud migration from on-prem to cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including MID Servers, instance cloning, and upgrade paths.
  • Hands-on experience with GCP networking concepts such as VPC, Cloud Interconnect, and DNS.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
  • Integration experience with REST, SOAP, LDAP, and SSO/SAML.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow PDI, instance hierarchy, and clone exclusion rules.
  • CSA or CIS certification preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Health Scan and ATF (Automated Test Framework) preferred.
  • Prior work in KSA/GCC enterprise environments preferred.
