Description

  • Design and scale revenue and ARR models as the source of truth across products and business lines.
  • Partner with Data Science to refine predictive models and align forecasts with commercial reality.
  • Serve as the primary financial advisor to Business Development, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Evaluate deal structures, partnership economics, and financial guardrails for new market initiatives.
  • Build automated, reproducible analytical workflows using Python and SQL.
  • Support executive leadership with strategic narratives on ARR waterfalls, revenue variances, and performance drivers.
  • Help build marketing analytics dashboards and a geographic return on investment framework.
  • Own the end-to-end revenue forecasting process using both top-down and bottom-up inputs.
  • Provide structure, consolidation, and analysis for ARR and revenue data.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in Finance & Strategy, Strategic Finance, or Revenue Operations in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
  • Background in investment banking or accounting will also be considered.
  • Ability to join and manipulate disparate datasets across BigQuery or data warehouses.
  • Experience using Python for data manipulation, automation, or forecasting improvement, including Pandas and NumPy.
  • Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and window functions.
  • Proficiency with Google Looker/BigQuery and expert-level financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Proven ability to influence C-suite leaders and cross-functional partners such as Business Development and Sales Ops.
  • Deep understanding of recurring revenue mechanics, including churn attribution, LTV, CAC, and net expansion.
  • Experience building structured, scalable financial frameworks from fragmented data environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or Economics; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
