Description

  • Partner with technical and business stakeholders to define business metrics, dashboards, data products, and AI-enabled reporting systems.
  • Conduct advanced analyses to identify root causes, uncover opportunities, forecast outcomes, and support product and business decisions.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives that influence strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers on the design, development, and maintenance of dimensional data models.
  • Help ensure data is complete, accurate, reliably delivered, and supported by strong governance practices.
  • Raise the bar for data and code quality across technical teams.
  • Align analytics roadmaps with business priorities and improve problem framing with stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support other team members by providing technical guidance, clarity, and intellectual curiosity.
  • Operate as a force multiplier that helps improve performance across the Data team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as STEM; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience influencing product and business decision-making through advanced analytical work.
  • Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Deep experience collaborating with Data and Analytics Engineers to build robust data models and data quality guardrails.
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and dbt for querying, transforming, and validating complex datasets.
  • Experience designing and presenting data products and visualizations that produce actionable insights.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to independently identify opportunities and deliver creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both business and technical audiences.
  • Proven leadership ability, including articulating a compelling vision and bringing others along.
  • Experience with AI-enabled reporting systems is a plus.
