Description

  • Build, nurture, and manage proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify target companies, talent pools, and skill clusters.
  • Design and calibrate sourcing strategies for critical and niche roles, refining them using market signals and funnel metrics.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates across multiple channels through personalized outreach campaigns.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence tools, and advanced Boolean and persona-based sourcing techniques.
  • Apply AI tools and sourcing automations to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to clarify role requirements and calibrate candidate profiles.
  • Monitor and report sourcing metrics such as response rates, source effectiveness, and time-to-slate.
  • Manage multiple concurrent pipelines across technical and commercial functions while maintaining candidate experience.
  • Support operational excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Industry experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, with a focus on technical and commercial roles.
  • Experience sourcing and attracting passive talent across global markets in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Proven track record designing and executing sourcing strategies for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools such as SeekOut, HireEz, or similar.
  • Experience with talent intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, Draup, Gem, or similar.
  • Expertise in advanced Boolean search, persona-based sourcing, and data-driven competitive mapping.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven sourcing tools and CRM/ATS automations such as SourceWhale, Gem, data scraping, and CSV imports/exports.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-growing, highly matrixed global environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and occasionally attend in-person meetings or events.
