Description

  • Set financial and operational goals for attorneys and staff and monitor performance in real time using KPIs and dashboards.
  • Maintain an understanding of both local business needs and the firm’s national priorities.
  • Resolve roadblocks by coordinating support from corporate departments such as Training, IT, and HR.
  • Ensure teams are equipped to meet targets through direction, training, technology, and support.
  • Provide leadership that supports employee morale and a performance-oriented culture aligned with firm values.
  • Report department goals, progress, and performance updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Partner with local Managing Partners and attorney leaders to support regional success and execution.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with Finance, HR, IT, Product, Training, and Marketing to improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7-15 years of corporate experience directly managing other people.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • A people-first approach to problem solving grounded in analytics and creativity.
  • Experience working in a Salesforce environment preferred.
  • Proven success delivering projects through resource management and coordination.
  • Ability to know when to lead and when to be a team player.
  • Understanding that strategy must be paired with execution and follow-through.

  • Salary range of $175,000 to $200,000 USD.
