Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from job intake and sourcing through interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines for current and future engineering needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers and engineering leaders to define technical requirements and shape hiring decisions.
  • Provide data-driven insights on the talent market to support recruitment planning and stakeholder decisions.
  • Advocate for candidates by delivering a clear, respectful, and high-quality experience throughout the process.
  • Identify and implement improvements to hiring workflows, screening methods, and interview processes.
  • Represent Moniepoint in the tech community and communicate the company’s mission to potential candidates.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years focused on technical roles such as Engineering, Product, or Data.
  • Proven experience hiring in fast-paced tech environments or high-growth scale-ups.
  • Strong full-cycle recruitment experience, including complex offer negotiations and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with both agency and in-house recruitment preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Experience hiring across multiple geographies, such as Nigeria, the UK, and India, preferred.
  • Background in fintech or banking environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with technical assessment platforms and competency-based interviewing preferred.
