Description

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Inbound Sales Representatives through daily guidance and performance support.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and coaching sessions to improve product knowledge, objection handling, and closing skills.
  • Onboard new team members and ensure they are ramped within the first 90 days.
  • Identify skill gaps and create targeted coaching plans or escalate training needs when needed.
  • Own team-level sales targets and ensure reps consistently meet or exceed individual quotas.
  • Monitor daily activity metrics, pipeline health, and deal progression, and intervene when performance dips.
  • Support complex or high-value deals by co-selling and helping recover at-risk opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and review pipeline data and deal stages regularly.
  • Ensure inbound inquiries are handled on time and in line with business process requirements.
  • Review and score calls and demos, share feedback, and resolve bottlenecks across the lead-to-conversion journey.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Sales leadership to share feedback, stay aligned on platform updates, and report team performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and analyze trends to recommend improvements to the inbound sales process.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in inbound or SaaS sales.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a team lead, senior, or supervisory capacity.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring junior sales representatives, formally or informally.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Experience using sales engagement platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to read pipeline data and make decisions from metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
