Description

  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, addendums, HR letters, and confirmation documents.
  • Maintain accurate digital employee records and keep HRIS updates aligned with payroll requirements.
  • Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company templates and standards.
  • Track contract status, approvals, and signatures for new hires, transfers, and internal changes.
  • Support Talent Acquisition by preparing onboarding documentation for new joiners.
  • Coordinate with Payroll Operations to ensure contract changes, allowances, and deductions are captured correctly.
  • Support internal audits by organising digital files, preparing evidence, and maintaining accessible records.
  • Maintain template libraries, version control, and documentation logs.
  • Respond to basic HR administration queries and route more complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Provide general administrative support to People Operations during onboarding waves and payroll cut-off periods.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, People Operations, or an administrative support role.
  • Basic understanding of HR documentation, employee records, and data accuracy requirements.
  • Comfort working with HR systems, spreadsheets, and document management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
  • Experience working in multi-country or fast-paced organisations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and digital signature tools (preferred).
  • Interest in HR operations, compliance, and process improvement (preferred).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and ask for clarification when needed.
  • High level of organisation, precision, and reliability.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data confidentially.
