Description

Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruiting strategy, expectations, process efficiency, and closing candidates.
Develop sourcing strategies to build high-quality candidate pipelines using direct sourcing and social networking.
Engage candidates throughout the full recruiting process, from sourcing through offer negotiations.
Track candidate pipeline progress and maintain clean reporting data using Greenhouse, Gem, and Tableau.
Build strong relationships with hiring teams and operate as a strategic talent partner.
Deliver a high-touch candidate experience with timely communication, clear expectations, and thoughtful preparation.
Partner across multiple locations, time zones, and business units as hiring needs evolve.

Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies.
Proven ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence hiring managers, candidates, and talent ecosystem partners.
Comfort using Google Workspace, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Greenhouse ATS (preferred) to track candidates and run reports.
Ability to flex into different hiring needs across locations, time zones, and business units.
Remote work based within the United States, with a strong preference for the Eastern time zone.
6-month fixed-term contract availability.
