Description

  • Identify passive and active candidates through advanced sourcing, market research, and industry networks.
  • Source talent across product sourcing engineering, global sourcing and category management, supplier industrialization engineering, and general procurement and supply chain analytics roles.
  • Engage prospective candidates through tailored outreach and personalized communication.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for immediate and future supply chain hiring needs.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies with hiring and business goals.
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to improve sourcing strategies and workflows.
  • Develop relationships with supply chain talent and communicate Anduril’s mission and opportunity set effectively.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a track record in complex supply chain, procurement, supplier quality, or logistics hiring.
  • Experience hiring in high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries.
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles, including strategic sourcing, NPI procurement, supplier development, technical operations, and global logistics.
  • Familiarity with roles such as Product Sourcing Engineers, Global Sourcing Managers, and Supplier Industrialization Engineers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and guide strategy.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
  • Experience recruiting in startups, defense, aerospace, complex hardware manufacturing, or high-tech industries is preferred.
  • Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
