Description

  • Use sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks to identify passive and active candidates in manufacturing, assembly, and engineering disciplines.
  • Engage prospective candidates through tailored outreach and personalized communication to convey Anduril’s mission and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for manufacturing and production engineering roles to support immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, production demands, and sourcing priorities.
  • Collaborate with sourcing and recruiting teammates to support hiring across production, integration, and manufacturing engineering functions.
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to improve sourcing strategies and workflows.
  • Support hiring across electro-mechanical assembly, electrical manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, firmware, automation, and generalist manufacturing roles.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
  • Proven track record hiring for complex manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles in high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and influence internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to evaluating sourcing effectiveness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred experience sourcing for startups, defense, aerospace, automotive, complex hardware, or high-tech industries.
  • Preferred experience using Greenhouse, Gem, AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Preferred understanding of hardware manufacturing processes and production methodologies.
