Description

  • Build a vision for best-in-class data security features, including Resource Policies, Secure by Default, and related security and privacy capabilities.
  • Partner with engineering to develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap and backlog.
  • Understand the business context behind security initiatives to align product outcomes with broader company, customer, and product goals.
  • Track evolving threats and security technologies to identify best practices and new innovation opportunities.
  • Use customer feedback and market input to inform product direction and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, legal, research, product marketing, support, sales, and security teams to strengthen customer trust.
  • Define and implement KPIs and success metrics for security initiatives.
  • Drive product strategy and roadmap execution for security-focused offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience in enterprise security or platforms.
  • Experience working with security-focused engineers on cross-functional teams.
  • Domain expertise in data security.
  • Experience driving business results through influential leadership across engineering, sales, marketing, solution architects, and customer success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to define and deliver successful product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Experience translating technical product requirements into an actionable roadmap.
  • Understanding of public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Comfortable with stage presence and public speaking.
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or SANS are preferred.
  • Community involvement through conference panels, meetup participation, or authorship is preferred.
  • MBA, M.Sc., or equivalent in a relevant domain is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $144,000 to $248,000 USD for U.S.-based candidates.
