Description

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Customer Agent experience across onboarding, configuration, and end-consumer interactions.
  • Design and optimize the onboarding experience so brands can set up and deploy AI agents quickly and confidently.
  • Build configuration systems for persona definition, knowledge ingestion, workflow creation, and channel deployment.
  • Develop growth loops and activation strategies to drive adoption and long-term usage.
  • Own the performance and iteration loop through analytics dashboards, testing environments, and improvement tooling.
  • Partner with AI/ML teams to shape agent behavior, retrieval systems, response quality, and learning from real conversations.
  • Collaborate with channel product teams across email, SMS, RCS, and web to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Define and track success metrics across activation, engagement, resolution rates, and AI-attributed outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams.
  • Communicate product strategy, tradeoffs, and execution plans to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience.
  • Direct experience building and shipping AI- or ML-powered products.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI systems, including LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent architectures.
  • Proven ability to design and ship high-quality user experiences for complex products.
  • Experience building growth-oriented product experiences, including onboarding flows, activation funnels, and in-product experimentation.
  • Comfort operating across both B2B SaaS and consumer-facing product surfaces.
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate closely with engineers and data scientists.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a metrics-driven approach.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to align teams around a shared vision.
  • Track record of shipping products with meaningful customer impact and iterating quickly based on feedback.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $136,000 to $204,000 USD for US locations.
  • Eligible for participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
  • May include equity as part of total compensation.
  • May include sign-on payments as part of total compensation.

  • Up to 10% travel for onboarding, client or partner work, team meetings, and industry events.
