Description

  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to plan and launch high-quality user experiences.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and turn them into prioritized product roadmaps.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and gather customer insights to inform product strategy.
  • Define and document product requirements and support feature design and refinement.
  • Manage product backlogs and support testing, validation, and feedback loops.
  • Partner with analytics to track feature performance and success metrics.
  • Work with Engineering, UX Design, Localization, Analytics, and other Product Managers to enhance and scale product features.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to create and drive product roadmaps from concept to execution.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile tools.
  • Ability to translate research and data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Solid understanding of emerging trends, including AI digital product development and LLM prompting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience with B2C digital products (preferred).
  • Experience working on international or cross-cultural teams (preferred).
