Description

  • Plan and execute customer projects, managing scope, budgets, timelines, quality, and customer experience.
  • Govern projects with internal and customer stakeholders, including risks, expectations, changes, and delivery outcomes.
  • Navigate complex enterprise organizations and lead programs with ambiguous risks and challenges.
  • Lead project meetings, owning agendas, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Support presales activities by helping define solution and project scope.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality, referenceable engagements.
  • Forecast resource needs and revenue while managing project budgets, margins, utilization, and billability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of MongoDB’s engagement and project delivery methodologies.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise-scale software, large-scale software engineering, or consulting services delivery.
  • Leadership experience on complex, transformative projects, including responsibility for teams, schedules, budgets, and quality outcomes.
  • Ability to create delivery plans and priorities for project and customer resources.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing change through engagement.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Consulting or delivery experience serving banking and securities clients in Taiwan preferred.
  • Certification or substantial experience with PMI PMBOK, Scrum, or similar frameworks preferred.
