Description

  • Partner with Product teams to create digital experiences that engage, retain, and grow users.
  • Define and execute lifecycle marketing plans and measurable campaigns across stakeholders.
  • Optimize programs and channels through experimentation and A/B testing.
  • Implement lifecycle tactics across onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement stages.
  • Develop and repackage content for developer and technical audiences.
  • Analyze product, market, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Evaluate emerging channels and opportunities to accelerate growth.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs tied to marketing and revenue objectives.
  • Align campaigns with product launches and messaging in collaboration with Product Marketing and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2D or B2B experience in lifecycle and/or growth marketing.
  • Experience with product-led growth strategies and KPIs; agent-led growth experience is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of marketing to developers or highly technical audiences.
  • Experience owning end-to-end lifecycle campaign execution and optimization.
  • Ability to turn ideas into successful, measurable programs with tangible results.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to develop campaign themes and messaging.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work strategically and tactically in ambiguous, changing environments.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, ownership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Role is based on the East Coast of the United States.

  • Base salary range of $92,000–$165,000 USD for U.S.-based candidates.
