Description

  • Own product capabilities for referral management, eligibility, intake, enrollment, and other top-of-funnel experiences.
  • Partner with operational, clinical, provider, health plan, marketing, and customer care stakeholders to identify workflow improvements.
  • Conduct user interviews, analyze workflows, and review operational data to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Monitor referral, intake, enrollment, conversion, throughput, and adoption metrics.
  • Translate business needs into workflow journeys, product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Salesforce administrators, architects, and engineering teams to improve workflows, automation, and user experiences.
  • Collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable, usable, and operationally effective solutions.
  • Support product launches, training, documentation, and adoption strategies.
  • Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Define reporting and visibility requirements with analytics teams.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, healthcare technology, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and customer-facing workflow management systems.
  • Experience with referral management, intake, enrollment, onboarding, lead management, acquisition, or similar top-of-funnel processes.
  • Understanding of Medicaid, managed care organizations, provider networks, care coordination, case management, or referral-driven healthcare services.
  • Experience managing products from discovery through delivery in Agile environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using operational and customer data for prioritization.
  • Experience applying AI-enabled tools and automation to improve workflows and outcomes.
  • Ability to translate complex business processes into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to perform sedentary work, repetitive hand or wrist motions, and visual tasks requiring focus adjustment.
  • Applicants must have current U.S. work authorization without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

  • $110,000–$130,000 salary range plus a 10% bonus.
