Description

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for immediate and long-term bilingual hiring needs.
  • Source bilingual candidates through Greenhouse, LinkedIn, job boards, community partnerships, and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct resume reviews, pre-screens, and interviews in English and French.
  • Assess candidates for role alignment, technical qualifications, and cultural fit, and negotiate employment offers.
  • Advance inclusive recruitment practices and audit bilingual job postings for accuracy, accessibility, and visibility.
  • Manage Greenhouse for sourcing, hiring workflows, reporting, and KPI tracking.
  • Analyze weekly recruitment metrics, including applications, hires, time-to-fill, and language skill mix.
  • Streamline recruitment processes, offer workflows, onboarding, and candidate communications.
  • Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR to advise on talent availability, sourcing strategies, and market trends.

Requirements

  • College or university degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in retail or customer-service environments with bilingual or multilingual hiring.
  • Professional written and spoken proficiency in both English and French.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting across diverse linguistic and cultural contexts.
  • Experience with HR systems such as Greenhouse and Workday (preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, requisitions, and competing priorities in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting recruitment metrics to leadership in both languages.
  • Data-driven ability to analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of labor-market trends, competitive intelligence, and evolving recruitment technologies.
  • Strong organizational, relationship-building, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Benefits

  • Compensation range of $85,000 to $100,000.
  • Potentially fully remote 12-month contract.
