Description

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, and TikTok aligned to client goals and business objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client strategy and maintain clarity, alignment, and accountability across deliverables.
  • Manage media buys, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting, in line with best practices.
  • Analyze funnel performance, customer acquisition costs, and blended ROAS to identify opportunities and guide testing.
  • Deliver weekly performance updates and bimonthly strategic reports with insights, trends, and growth recommendations.
  • Attend biweekly client calls to present findings, align on priorities, and reinforce trust through transparency.
  • Partner with media buyers, creative strategists, and analysts to improve campaign efficiency and generate actionable data.
  • Identify A/B test opportunities across creatives, audiences, and landing pages and brief the relevant teams.
  • Provide candid feedback to ensure creative and media buying work meets strategic standards and platform best practices.
  • Use and master Modern.AI to track paid media performance attribution and overall client business health.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of paid media experience in agency or in-house roles, focused on Meta, TikTok, and/or Google.
  • Experience managing $500K+ per month in budgets across one or more of the listed platforms.
  • 2+ years in a client-facing strategy or account leadership role.
  • Proven ability to translate marketing data into strategic actions.
  • Deep understanding of the DTC landscape and customer acquisition best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • A testing mindset and passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Experience with proprietary analytics or reporting tools is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a role that requires regular client communication and presentation.
  • Experience working across creative, media, and analytics teams is preferred.
