Description

  • Build and maintain a structured experimentation roadmap across multiple Shopify brands.
  • Identify high-impact CRO opportunities across product detail pages, collection pages, cart, and checkout.
  • Write detailed test briefs and define hypotheses with projected revenue impact for developers and designers.
  • QA implementations before launch and ensure experiments are executed correctly.
  • Analyze A/B test results, calculate incremental revenue, and present performance insights and recommendations.
  • Translate strategy into structured Asana or Jira tickets and manage execution across teams.
  • Coordinate timelines and dependencies across development, design, paid media, retention, and brand stakeholders.
  • Prevent bottlenecks, track deadlines, and ensure site updates and experiments ship on time.
  • Maintain documentation and SOPs for ecommerce operations and experimentation processes.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of ecommerce experience, ideally in a Shopify environment.
  • Strong understanding of conversion math, including CVR × AOV × traffic.
  • Experience running and managing A/B tests.
  • At least 1 year of experience using Asana or Jira for task management.
  • Ability to write clear, structured briefs for development teams.
  • Strong project management skills and follow-up discipline.
  • Comfortable analyzing GA4, Shopify analytics, and funnel metrics.
