Description

  • Create 4–5 detailed creative briefs per day for the editing team, including ad concepts, key messages, and formats.
  • Collaborate with editors to refine creative deliverables so they align with brand strategy and performance goals.
  • Develop briefs for data-driven iterations of winning ad creatives to support ongoing testing and optimization.
  • Serve as the main creative liaison for clients, maintaining clarity, alignment, and progress across initiatives.
  • Communicate updates, secure creative approvals, and keep clients and internal team members informed on status and deliverables.
  • Lead internal strategy meetings with Media Buyers, Growth Managers, and the Growth Director to ideate growth initiatives and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with Brand Management, Lifecycle, Influencer/Social, and Amazon teams to support integrated full-funnel growth strategies.
  • Lead and manage ongoing video production initiatives, including building scalable processes, shot lists, and shoot schedules.
  • Coordinate with the Videographer or Production Director to execute video production projects.
  • Use performance data to guide creative iteration, campaign decisions, and broader growth strategy development.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in influencer or social marketing at a digital agency or growth-focused brand.
  • Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop and affiliate programs such as LTK, Amazon, and TikTok Affiliate Center.
  • Strong creator sourcing, outreach, briefing, and quality control experience.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence leading discussions, presenting strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with creativity, hustle, and a passion for performance marketing.
  • Deep familiarity with TikTok and social commerce trends, especially how creators drive sales and influence.
