Description

  • Lead the marketing strategy for assigned client accounts and align initiatives with business objectives and audience needs.
  • Run client discovery sessions to uncover insights, clarify goals, and define performance metrics.
  • Develop cross-channel marketing strategies that integrate content, paid media, SEO, email, and automation.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Digital Strategist to align account strategies with Terra’s broader approach and best practices.
  • Partner with creative, technical, and media teams to translate strategy into campaigns and provide direction throughout execution.
  • Review content and campaign plans to ensure they meet brand standards, messaging priorities, and channel objectives.
  • Monitor performance data, surface insights, and adjust strategies to improve impact.
  • Stay current on market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to Terra’s own marketing and strategic initiatives.
  • Support Terra’s branding, marketing efforts, and sales pursuits in collaboration with leadership.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience developing and leading digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Experience in an agency, startup, or consultancy environment is preferred.
  • Expertise in at least two core marketing practice areas such as SEO, paid media, content marketing, email, or automation.
  • Strong understanding of how multiple marketing channels work together.
  • Experience owning client accounts or major strategic workstreams from discovery through execution.
  • Ability to lead client conversations, clarify objectives, and drive measurable results.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, persuasive strategies for stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as design, content, media, and development.
  • Strong organization and adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort learning and using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, and HubSpot.
