Description

  • Develop creative strategies grounded in audience insight, cultural signals, and performance learnings.
  • Translate research, data, and platform knowledge into actionable insights that inform briefs and messaging frameworks.
  • Craft narratives that guide creative ideation and align with business goals.
  • Present strategic thinking confidently to clients and internal teams.
  • Analyze multi-channel performance data to uncover trends, audience insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and presentations that make complex findings accessible to cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Identify testing opportunities, design measurement frameworks, and turn results into optimization roadmaps.
  • Partner with creative strategy, analytics, media, and creative teams to refine strategy and ensure feasibility.
  • Support creative ideation by connecting concepts back to audience insight and intent.
  • Participate in brainstorms and workshops to shape ideas that ladder up to strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, content/comms strategy, or performance marketing.
  • Strong storytelling ability with excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Confidence and executive presence when presenting strategy to clients and teams.
  • Data fluency to uncover creative insights and support data-informed decision-making.
  • Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills to QA and organize data for analysis.
  • Deep analytical thinking to distill signal from noise in complex datasets.
  • Strong creative instincts paired with performance awareness.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to continuously improving craft.
  • Experience working in ambiguity and connecting audience behavior, culture, and performance signals.
  • Preferred: experience presenting insights that inform paid media creative direction.
