Description

  • Develop expertise in the buying committee dynamics of stakeholders such as CFOs, CHROs, benefits leaders, risk/compliance, and procurement.
  • Conduct market research on competitive positioning, industry trends, and employer mental health investment priorities.
  • Build and maintain buyer personas and customer journey maps across B2B and B2B2C channels.
  • Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging for HR leadership, benefits teams, and executive buyers.
  • Partner with product management to translate platform capabilities into business and clinical outcomes.
  • Own and evolve the core messaging framework to ensure consistency across channels and segments.
  • Design and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, feature enhancements, and repositioning initiatives.
  • Define KPIs and reporting cadences to connect product marketing performance to pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Partner with Sales to create enablement materials such as pitch decks, battlecards, RFP frameworks, one-pagers, and case studies.
  • Lead competitive intelligence efforts and train sales teams on complex enterprise and multi-stakeholder deal cycles.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of product marketing experience, with a meaningful focus on B2B and B2B2C models in healthcare, health tech, or employee benefits.
  • 3+ years of healthcare industry experience required.
  • Experience marketing to HR, benefits, or People leadership audiences.
  • Familiarity with mental health benefits, EAP, or the broader workforce wellbeing landscape preferred.
  • Proven track record in market research, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategy execution.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles, including RFP processes, buying committee navigation, and multi-stakeholder deal strategy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and influence without authority across Product, Sales, and executive stakeholders.
  • Data-driven orientation with the ability to define, measure, and report on marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Familiarity with product management processes and agile methodologies; comfort working in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Product Marketing Certification is ideal.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Communications, or a related field.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline strongly preferred, and equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of an advanced degree.
