Description

  • Program-manage product and technical initiatives from scoping through launch and post-launch follow-through across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data.
  • Build and maintain project plans, manage dependencies, track risks and issues, and keep work on a predictable timeline.
  • Translate ambiguous business, clinical, or partner requests into clear requirements and decisions for product and engineering teams.
  • Support quarterly planning, goal setting, roadmap reviews, and launch readiness and communications.
  • Improve alignment, communication, and processes between Product & Tech teams and the rest of the business.
  • Track initiative performance and impact, and prepare clear updates for leadership.
  • Administer and improve operational tooling such as project trackers, documentation, and dashboards.
  • Ensure initiatives continue through post-launch optimization and learning.
  • Own meaningful workstreams with increasing responsibility and grow toward leading larger strategic programs end to end.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong program management fundamentals, including planning, sequencing, milestone tracking, dependency tracking, and risk management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation and systems thinking.
  • Strong communication skills, including proactive stakeholder updates, effective meetings, and clear capture of decisions and action items.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action, including asking sharp questions, proposing solutions, and knowing when to escalate.
  • Comfort with the technical side of product development, including lifecycles, integrations, APIs, and data.
  • Collaborative style with high empathy and high accountability.
  • Growth mindset and interest in taking on larger, more complex programs over time.
  • Strong motivation for Modern Health’s mission and improving mental health outcomes at scale.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship; immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • Remote work is eligible within the USA, but the role is not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.
  • Preferred experience in digital health or with health-related products, services, or partnerships.
  • Preferred experience in a high-growth startup or similarly dynamic environment.
  • Preferred familiarity with Jira or Linear, Confluence or Notion, and analytics/dashboarding tools.
