Description

  • Coordinate infrastructure and platform programs, tracking dependencies, follow-ups, milestones, and schedules.
  • Partner with engineering teams and senior technical program managers to execute initiatives and communicate status, risks, and decisions.
  • Support capacity management and infrastructure efficiency efforts, including right-sizing, utilization improvements, and waste reduction.
  • Use GenAI to accelerate planning, program operations, stakeholder communications, and lightweight tool or workflow development.
  • Design durable, low-toil mechanisms, dashboards, and processes for recurring program work and decision-making.
  • Analyze usage and operational data to surface insights and inform infrastructure decisions.
  • Apply AI governance practices, including risk assessment, data handling, output validation, and auditability.
  • Present program updates, requests, and recommendations clearly to engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of program or project management experience, ideally involving infrastructure, platforms, or cloud environments.
  • Working knowledge of AWS or similar cloud platforms, including compute, storage, usage, and cost concepts.
  • Exposure to capacity management or infrastructure efficiency; deep FinOps expertise is not required.
  • Strong organization, execution, follow-through, and scheduling skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to engineering partners.
  • Collaborative, coachable approach with the ability to work with engineers and senior TPMs.
  • Demonstrated ability to use GenAI for planning, operations, communications, data analysis, or lightweight scripting, with sound judgment and validation.
  • Experience with AI governance, including risk assessment, data handling, model/output validation, and traceability.
  • Preferred: FinOps or cost-management experience, BI tools such as Superset, Tableau, or Grafana, and basic SQL or scripting.
  • Preferred: Experience with distributed systems, ML/AI infrastructure, large-scale compute, or a relevant bachelor’s degree/equivalent experience.

Benefits

  • US base salary range of $103,965–$214,044, with eligibility for equity.
  • Remote work model with in-office collaboration required 1–2 times every six months.
  • Role can be based anywhere in the United States; relocation assistance is not provided.
