Description

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic cross-departmental programs and projects.
  • Define program scope, goals, success criteria, and deliverables with executive sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain integrated plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs, and resource plans.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on program status, timelines, budgets, risks, and outcomes.
  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope and quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability for roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
  • Provide overflow project and program management support during PMO capacity constraints.
  • Facilitate governance activities, including steering committee updates, stage-gate reviews, and status meetings.
  • Manage scope, change, risks, and communications as priorities and requirements evolve.
  • Improve program delivery processes and contribute to Enterprise PMO methodologies and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years of project and program management experience, including complex cross-departmental programs.
  • Experience delivering executive-level reporting and communicating with senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs across varied departments and complexity levels.
  • Track record of delivering programs on time, within budget, and to defined scope and quality.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, including influencing without direct authority.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills in ambiguous or changing environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly while managing shifting PMO priorities.
  • Experience with Asana or similar project/program management software preferred.
  • Project or program management certification such as PMP, PgMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, regulated industries, or formal PMO environments preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely with regular computer use and periods of sitting or standing.
