Description

  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and publish job postings.
  • Source and recruit legal talent for current and future firm locations.
  • Source corporate talent as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for job seekers and provide a professional candidate experience.
  • Build thoughtful, professional relationships with candidates to represent the firm positively.
  • Review resumes, cover letters, and writing samples to evaluate qualifications.
  • Conduct Zoom interviews, document observations, and identify candidates for further consideration.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews between hiring managers and candidates while ensuring compliance with inclusivity standards and labor laws.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture team members on compensation, benefits, and offer packages.
  • Prepare accurate offer letters and onboarding documents and support new-hire onboarding tasks.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Virginia.
  • At least 2 years of direct legal recruiting experience is required.
  • Direct legal sourcing and recruitment experience for a law firm or legal recruiting agency is required.
  • This role is not suitable for HR Generalist or Technical Recruiter backgrounds.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source hard-to-fill roles.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems, including familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Zoom.
  • Reliable remote work setup with high-speed internet and a functional workstation.
  • Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.
  • College degree preferred.
