Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for legal and corporate talent.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and publish job postings.
  • Source and recruit legal talent for current and future firm locations.
  • Post and source for corporate talent as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and ensure a professional candidate experience.
  • Review resumes, cover letters, and writing samples to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Conduct Zoom interviews, document observations, and identify candidates for next-step consideration.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team on compensation, benefits, and offer packages.
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents and support new-hire onboarding.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of direct legal recruiting experience.
  • Direct sourcing and recruitment experience for a law firm or legal recruiting agency is required.
  • Must reside in Texas.
  • Reliable remote work setup with high-speed internet and a functional workstation.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source hard-to-fill roles.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems, including familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Zoom.
  • Ability to work evenings or weekends as necessary.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Ability to perform the role’s duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
