Description

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for highly credentialed freelance talent across cultural, creative, and specialist domains.
  • Source and identify candidates with both deep domain expertise and required language capabilities.
  • Design and execute creative sourcing strategies through professional associations, academic institutions, creative guilds, specialist forums, and community outreach.
  • Build and maintain evergreen talent pools across domains to support ongoing hiring needs.
  • Design structured assessment frameworks to evaluate credential depth, language proficiency, and cultural competency.
  • Prepare and present evidence-based candidate packages, including experience, affiliations, publications, awards, and leadership signals.
  • Lead, coach, and prioritize work for a small team of recruiters and partner management professionals.
  • Manage team capacity, pipeline momentum, and delivery standards across active domain tiers.
  • Build trusted partnerships with internal stakeholders to clarify hiring needs, nuances, and quality thresholds.
  • Oversee external specialist partners and vendor relationships, including sourcing partners, pricing activities, support operations, and brand experience standards.
  • Use Lever ATS and hiring data to automate repeatable processes, maintain data integrity, and improve sourcing effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience recruiting highly specialized, hard-to-fill, or niche SME roles where domain expertise and language capability are both required.
  • Advanced proficiency with Lever ATS, including workflow configuration, pipeline reporting, and automation features.
  • Proven ability to source beyond job boards using niche platforms, community outreach, and passive expert engagement.
  • Experience evaluating and documenting candidate credentialing evidence, including affiliations, publications, and recognition.
  • Experience managing or coordinating a small team, including prioritization, coaching, and performance conversations.
  • Strong structured assessment skills for complex, culturally embedded, or technically specialist profiles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across regions and diverse cultural and functional audiences.
  • Data-oriented approach with the ability to interpret pipeline metrics and use insights to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Experience managing or overseeing vendor management functions, including pricing frameworks, vendor support operations, and brand experience standards.
  • Preferred: experience with recruitment automation and AI-assisted sourcing tools.
  • Preferred: background in freelance, contractor, or partner talent models.
  • Preferred: experience with multilingual hiring across multiple regional markets.
  • Preferred: familiarity with credentialing norms across key SME markets such as Asia-Pacific.
  • Preferred: professional affiliations across the recruitment function.
