Description

  • Support expense planning and forecasting by building financial models and performing variance analysis.
  • Develop ownership of planning for specific business groups over time.
  • Manage workforce and vendor spend analysis, including headcount tracking, resource allocation, contractor costs, and purchase request workflows.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align spending and investments with business objectives.
  • Drive monthly financial operations and reporting by gathering actuals and preparing accruals.
  • Maintain planning systems, including Adaptive Insights, and build analytical tools for strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver financial insights and support budget preparation.
  • Build relationships that support future expense planning leadership responsibilities.
  • Continuously improve FP&A processes, reporting, models, and data quality/usability.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the technology industry, preferably SaaS or other subscription models, is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Power BI, and OpenAir is a plus.
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to reprioritize quickly based on shifting business needs.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • No travel required.
