Description

  • Own the Rapid Innovation Group’s product roadmap and prioritize what the team builds, in what order, and why.
  • Lead a small team of 4–5 engineers in a hands-on player-coach model, including writing requirements, running standups, and unblocking execution.
  • Drive product execution for Gross-to-Net automation and IRA Navigator, including 340B ceiling price management, MFP effectuation, and duplicate discount detection.
  • Develop deep domain expertise in government pricing compliance and serve as an internal authority on these workflows.
  • Define the Rapid Innovation Group’s operating model, including its charter, ceremonies, and interface with core product squads.
  • Champion the use of AI-assisted and agentic development tools within the team and help structure work to use them effectively.
  • Build and maintain a tight customer feedback loop through design partners and ongoing customer conversations.
  • Coordinate with the broader product organization to ensure outputs integrate cleanly with the platform and roadmap.
  • Represent Rapid Innovation Group initiatives in customer and prospect conversations to validate direction and build market credibility.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B software.
  • At least 3 years owning a product line or leading a product team.
  • Experience defining and shipping new products or capabilities in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
  • Strong collaboration with engineering and understanding of the development lifecycle.
  • Ability to translate requirements into actionable engineering work and earn a developer’s trust.
  • Exceptional customer discovery skills and ability to turn customer input into prioritized product decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment where judgment and initiative drive output.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • MBA or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in a founding product role, startup PM role, or corporate innovation unit preferred.
  • Domain expertise in life sciences or high-tech revenue management, including pharmaceutical government pricing, Medicaid data systems, channel management, distribution, or contract and pricing compliance preferred.
  • Experience managing or formally leading an engineering team, or serving as a technical lead, is strongly valued.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows, including hands-on use of LLM tools in a product or development context preferred.
  • Experience with compliance-driven SaaS products where regulatory accuracy and auditability are non-negotiable preferred.
