Description

  • Serve as the primary Finance Business Partner to GTM leadership, including Sales and Marketing, by providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Own GTM forecasting processes for bookings, MRR, renewals, and pipeline in partnership with GTM leaders and the FP&A consolidation team.
  • Develop and align on GTM KPIs and operational metrics to influence strategy and decision-making.
  • Monitor performance against plan, explain variances, and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Lead annual planning and monthly forecasting for the GTM function.
  • Build sales capacity models, quota plans, commission expense forecasts, and marketing investment allocations.
  • Develop ad-hoc models for scenario planning, ROI analysis, and investment allocation decisions.
  • Support internal and external reporting, including monthly shareholder reporting, as it relates to GTM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a quantitative field.
  • 6-10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, GTM Finance, or Commercial Finance.
  • Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite, CRM tools such as Salesforce, and BI tools such as Adaptive Insights is a plus.
  • Experience in the software industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to interpret and summarize data to support management decision-making.
  • Effective influencer and thought leader who can partner across teams and functions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Impeccable integrity.
