Description

  • Support expense planning and forecasting by building financial models and conducting variance analysis.
  • Develop expertise and move toward independent ownership of expense planning for specific business groups.
  • Manage workforce and vendor spend analysis, including headcount tracking, contractor costs, and purchase request workflows.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Talent Acquisition, business stakeholders) to align investments with business objectives.
  • Drive monthly financial operations and reporting by gathering actuals, preparing accruals, and maintaining planning systems (Adaptive Insights).
  • Build analytical tools and reports that support strategic decision-making and budget preparation.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver financial insights, support budget preparation, and build relationships to facilitate future planning responsibilities.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar discipline with analytical bias.
  • 2–5 years of financial analysis experience or experience in a related field.
  • Experience in the technology industry, preferably SaaS or other subscription models (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Power BI, and OpenAir is a plus.
  • Experience with expense planning, forecasting, variance analysis, workforce planning, and operational reporting.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail, with the ability to reprioritize based on shifting business needs.

  • Base salary range: $64,400 - $70,000.
