Description

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, primarily Shopify brands running influencer marketing programs.
  • Build and maintain customer success plans, including goals, next steps, and progress checkpoints.
  • Run regular customer calls, especially with customers in European time zones.
  • Drive adoption of Modash features such as Discovery, Campaigns, CRM, email outreach, Shopify integrations, and affiliate tracking.
  • Own expansion opportunities end-to-end, from identifying needs to presenting proposals and closing upgrades.
  • Own renewals and coordinate invoicing with Finance.
  • Keep account records organized by writing clear recaps and updating Vitally after every interaction.
  • Run Sales-to-CS handovers for new customers and align on 30–90 day goals.
  • Lead onboarding calls, help customers set up Modash, and drive them to first value quickly.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by collaborating with Product, Sales, Support, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear recaps and helpful emails.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage many accounts at once.
  • Ability to build proactive customer plans rather than only reacting to issues.
  • Capacity to learn quickly and become a Modash product expert fast.
  • Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ownership mindset and persistence when facing roadblocks.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Experience working with influencer marketing teams, e-commerce brands, or in the creator economy is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Shopify brands and how e-commerce teams operate is preferred.
  • Experience with CS and billing tools such as Vitally, Intercom, and Stripe is preferred.
