Description

  • Communicate with customers and receive inquiries through Helpdesk and Skype.
  • Handle requests from members of other internal teams.
  • Resolve tasks independently or escalate them to the appropriate teams when needed.
  • Track and control the implementation process for escalated tasks involving technical specialists and account managers.
  • Provide quality service and support to customers.
  • Collaborate with account managers and technical specialists to help move deals and issues forward.
  • Support internal improvements and supplier relationship activities as part of the role.

Requirements

  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
  • Willingness to work night and holiday shifts.
  • Ability to work a 3/3 shift schedule with morning (8:00–17:00), evening (14:00–23:00), and night (23:00–8:00) shifts.
  • Strong stress tolerance.
  • No previous back office experience required.
  • No previous experience desired; entry-level candidates are welcome.
  • Basic understanding of how SMPP, VoIP, HTTP, IP, and TCP protocols work is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of the OSI model is a plus.
  • Basic SQL skills are a plus.
