Description

  • Communicate with customers and help resolve their problems and concerns.
  • Report customer issues to account managers, technical specialists, and developers.
  • Coordinate and monitor the problem-solving process end to end.
  • Collect and relay feedback from customers and internal teams during issue resolution.
  • Support the company’s cloud communications customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level.
  • Resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • A willingness to learn and continuously improve.
  • A dynamic, proactive approach and flexibility to work rotating shifts, including morning, evening, and night shifts.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Experience working night shifts is preferred.
