Description

  • Lead the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle for an institutional DeFi analytics platform.
  • Target tier-one banks, asset managers, hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional finance clients.
  • Position the platform as a tool for monitoring on-chain data, tracking fees, detecting anomalies, and supporting operational oversight.
  • Demonstrate how natural-language querying, custom dashboards, and automated alerts reduce risk and improve DeFi participation.
  • Translate blockchain and AI-driven insights into clear ROI and risk-management value propositions for traditional finance stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with compliance, risk, operations, and other key decision-makers.
  • Guide institutional clients through adoption of decentralized market infrastructure using foundational intelligence tools.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to share institutional feedback and influence product development.
  • Support market expansion into the Canton Network and related institutional blockchain ecosystems.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B enterprise sales experience selling SaaS, FinTech, or data analytics solutions to institutional finance clients.
  • Deep understanding of compliance, security, and risk frameworks in traditional finance (TradFi).
  • Strong fluency in blockchain architecture and decentralized finance (DeFi).
  • Ability to explain deterministic AI, node performance, smart contracts, and on-chain financing to non-technical executives.
  • Familiarity with the Canton Network, privacy-enabled blockchains, or enterprise distributed ledger technology (DLT) solutions is highly preferred.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Experience working in an emerging and rapidly evolving market is preferred.
  • Location preference for EU-based candidates in a remote global role.
