Description

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle and retention strategy across email, SMS, loyalty, segmentation, testing, and CRM tooling.
  • Diagnose customer behavior and identify risk and opportunity to design targeted interventions that improve customer journeys.
  • Build, execute, QA, report on, and continuously optimise lifecycle campaigns, flows, and messaging across markets.
  • Own Mixam Rewards activation and optimisation, including onboarding, points education, redemption, tier progression, and lapsed-member reactivation.
  • Develop lifecycle segmentation and journey strategies using acquisition source, purchase history, product affinity, lifecycle stage, engagement, and loyalty status.
  • Launch and govern the SMS channel, including consent capture, segmentation, lifecycle use cases, testing, and reporting.
  • Partner with Data to define retention metrics and translate insights into automations and tests that drive revenue.
  • Build and manage a rigorous A/B testing roadmap across messaging, offers, flows, and creative assets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Pricing, Product, Customer Operations, and Design while independently owning messaging and performance.
  • Assess the current lifecycle technology stack and recommend the long-term operating model across Klaviyo, HubSpot, SMS, data, consent, automation, reporting, and integrations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or e-commerce marketing with measurable results.
  • Deep hands-on Klaviyo experience, including flows, segmentation, campaigns, QA, testing, reporting, and deliverability.
  • Proven ability to independently own lifecycle or retention strategy, not just produce email campaigns.
  • Experience building processes and operating models from scratch in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Strong analytical judgment with experience running and interpreting A/B tests and cohort behavior.
  • Experience owning or scaling loyalty, rewards, membership, or tiered customer programs.
  • Comfort using analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve insight, production, and workflow efficiency.
  • Strong copywriting and messaging instincts for clear, persuasive, action-driven communication.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or assessing CRM and marketing automation stack requirements is preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously as an individual contributor and move comfortably between strategy and execution.
