Description

  • Execute day-to-day campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic retargeting for the GRC portfolio.
  • Manage and optimize budget allocation to improve pipeline contribution, cost per lead, and return on ad spend.
  • Support organic social media activity and contribute to the content calendar with content and brand teams.
  • Build, test, and optimize campaign creative, audience targeting, and landing page experiences to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor paid channel performance in response to AI-driven search and buyer behavior changes, and surface findings to senior team members.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate UTM tracking, attribution, and reporting in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Marketing teams to align paid programs with campaign themes, ABM lists, and pipeline priorities across regions.
  • Support GEO and AEO content distribution strategies by promoting answer-first content and thought leadership assets through paid amplification.
  • Conduct competitive analysis across paid search and social to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Stay current with platform changes, AI-driven ad automation features, and emerging digital channels, and share recommendations proactively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on paid digital marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns that support pipeline goals.
  • Strong platform experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads.
  • Experience supporting organic and paid social media programs in a B2B context.
  • Analytical skills with experience using performance dashboards, interpreting attribution data, and presenting results to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce for lead tracking and funnel reporting.
  • Familiarity with GA4 and UTM attribution best practices.
  • Awareness of AI-driven digital discovery and buyer behavior, including AEO, GEO, and zero-click search trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work effectively across time zones in a globally distributed team.
  • Experience in GRC, compliance, risk, or enterprise SaaS is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
