Description

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Demand Gen, and Video for eCommerce clients.
  • Own day-to-day account health, including budgets, pacing, performance monitoring, and proactive optimisation.
  • Build and launch new campaigns, ad groups, and feed-based shopping structures.
  • Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and ongoing keyword management.
  • Develop and run A/B tests across ad copy, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
  • Collaborate with visual creators to brief and align on creative assets.
  • Prepare clear, insight-led performance reports and support client-facing communications.
  • Participate in client calls and internal strategy sessions while representing client accounts.
  • Stay current on Google Ads updates, betas, and best practices and share insights with the team.
  • Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies and ad approvals.
  • Scale campaigns based on performance data and ROI goals.
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues and manage tag implementation.
  • Build and maintain product data feeds using DataFeedWatch and Google Merchant Center.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on Google Ads experience in eCommerce, with at least some agency or multi-client exposure.
  • Solid working knowledge of Search, Shopping, Video/YouTube, Demand Gen, and Performance Max.
  • Experience managing accounts with meaningful ad spend.
  • Strong analytical instincts and the ability to interpret dashboards and performance data.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently and proactively in a remote environment.
  • Collaborative approach with a willingness to share wins, flag concerns early, and contribute beyond your own portfolio.
  • Experience with feed platforms such as DataFeedWatch (preferred).
  • Cross-platform paid media experience such as Meta or TikTok (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup (preferred).
  • Exposure to cross-channel campaigns alongside Meta or other paid platforms (preferred).
  • Google Ads certifications in Search, Shopping, or Performance Max (preferred).
  • Prior experience working with US- or AU-based eCommerce brands (preferred).
  • Availability to work flexible hours aligned to AEST/AEDT, with occasional US business hours coverage on a per-client basis.
