Description

  • Define and own the roadmap for MBR capabilities, including core bill review workflows, reporting, and integrated features.
  • Evaluate opportunities for AI-driven capabilities such as intelligent document processing, anomaly detection, and workflow automation.
  • Shape the product vision to support client-specific needs while maintaining reliability, compliance, and transparency.
  • Write product requirements and translate them into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features with appropriate guardrails and quality standards.
  • Define and track success metrics for adoption, operational efficiency, and client retention.
  • Act as a translator between business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients across functions.
  • Present demos and roadmap decisions to customers, prospects, and executive leadership.
  • Develop and align go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead a globally distributed agile team and foster alignment, accountability, and velocity.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with B2B enterprise software experience preferred.
  • Experience in corporate legal or finance environments preferred.
  • Track record of successfully developing and launching products within Fortune 1000 accounts.
  • Ability to design products that adapt to client-specific requirements across varied deployment models.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to document, socialize, and archive product artifacts effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience leading distributed, multicultural teams.
  • Working familiarity with AI tools and concepts for document-heavy workflows, including Claude, ChatGPT, RAG, IDP, and MCP.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of corporate legal workflows in matter management and eBilling, or prior experience with ERP financial software, preferred.
  • Exposure to integrating acquired product lines and developing alignment strategies across teams, preferred.
  • Experience with platform product management and organizational alignment across multiple teams, preferred.
