Description

  • Own the SMB fraud detection product roadmap and prioritize initiatives using data and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, sales, and marketing teams to execute the product vision.
  • Represent the SMB fraud product suite to clients, partners, and prospects as a subject matter expert.
  • Research competitors and markets, analyze customer data, prototype ideas, and incorporate findings into product strategy.
  • Write product requirements, business cases, and strategy documents.
  • Define KPIs and partner with analytics teams to create dashboards and reports; monitor metrics to optimize offerings.
  • Educate stakeholders about fraud and identify new product opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end feature delivery, including phased rollouts, rapid iteration, and full-stack launches.
  • Integrate fraud detection across Ocrolus solutions and identify new market opportunities using document-processing capabilities.
  • Nurture client relationships and drive engagement, usage, and commercial value.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of product management experience.
  • Experience in fraud detection, financial services, or small business lending preferred.
  • AI-native approach to product development and willingness to conduct hands-on experimentation.
  • Strong customer focus, curiosity, analytical thinking, and sense of ownership.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Commercial focus and experience driving the success of launched products and services.
  • Ability to learn from product failures and course-correct effectively.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred.
