Description

  • Own and grow a portfolio of accounts, with primary accountability for net revenue retention and expansion.
  • Build account plans for top customers with clear revenue targets, growth milestones, and mutual-success goals.
  • Negotiate multi-year renewals, drive annual price increases, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and execute a pipeline of annual sales and revenue retention targets with consistent forecasting accuracy.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and cadence calls focused on customer value and growth.
  • Support leadership in building and maintaining retention and new revenue forecasts.
  • Handle customer calls and inquiries promptly and courteously with a focus on resolution and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with customer-impacting departments to deliver a successful customer experience across Mitratech solutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and the company’s competitive position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of sales and/or account management experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of growing accounts and exceeding retention targets.
  • Ability to initiate, establish, and nurture business relationships over the phone and in person.
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within an existing customer base.
  • Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Highly effective communication skills with professionalism in written, verbal, and in-person settings.
  • Interest in staying current on industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Office applications.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
  • Preferred: experience focused on net revenue retention and expansion in an existing customer portfolio.
