Description

  • Design, build, and deploy AI solutions powered by machine learning, LLMs, and agentic AI systems.
  • Define evaluation strategies upfront, including success metrics, offline and online testing, error analysis, and production monitoring.
  • Build and improve LLM-based applications using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and multi-step workflows.
  • Apply MLOps and LLMOps practices such as experimentation, versioning, observability, alerting, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to prioritize use cases and align on goals, timelines, and operational needs.
  • Develop agentic AI systems that use planning, memory, handoffs, tool orchestration, and human-in-the-loop review.
  • Take AI solutions from prototype to production while balancing quality, latency, cost, reliability, and maintainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 6+ years of total relevant experience across machine learning and modern AI systems.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning.
  • 2+ years building LLM-based applications, including 1 year building agentic AI systems.
  • Expertise in ML, applied modeling, or NLP, including model development, evaluation, experimentation, and error analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM application development, including context engineering, retrieval, evaluation frameworks, and model fine-tuning.
  • Strong experience designing and implementing agentic AI systems with multi-step workflows.
  • Strong MLOps experience, including model lifecycle management, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and production success metrics.
  • Strong LLMOps experience, including prompt and workflow versioning, retrieval and response evaluation, observability, guardrails, and continuous improvement in production.
  • Advanced Python skills and experience moving AI solutions from prototype to production.
  • Experience with vector and graph databases, retrieval quality tuning, and domain-specific optimization for LLM systems (preferred).
  • Experience with platform design, reusable components, and internal tooling to improve development speed and reuse (preferred).
  • Experience with cloud-based AI deployment and scalable serving infrastructure for ML or LLM systems (preferred).
