Description

  • Lead strategic outbound outreach and manage qualified inbound enterprise opportunities.
  • Provide support during proof-of-concept phases to help customers evaluate the solution successfully.
  • Convert successful proof-of-concepts into long-term, revenue-generating contracts.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to move leads through the full deal cycle.
  • Act as the main point of contact for external stakeholders and coordinate alignment across customer engineering, product, commercial, legal, and implementation teams.
  • Manage customer negotiations end to end with support from legal and implementation specialists.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, heads of innovation, and other key decision-makers.
  • Understand customer challenges and position the product as part of their strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with technical and implementation teams during pre-sales, deployment, and post-deployment phases.
  • Share customer insights with internal teams to help inform product roadmap and priorities.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in enterprise sales or consultative selling, ideally for a highly complex technical product.
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in the AI ecosystem or a related data/infrastructure field.
  • Experience at a successful fast-growing startup, ideally in deep-tech.
  • Strong technical skills to navigate rapidly evolving products and technical discussions.
  • Excellent English and French; additional languages such as German or Spanish are a plus.
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience working across operational and C-level stakeholders in complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
